Your California transaction coordinator.
I’m Ariel and I can’t wait to meet you!
_
Growing up on a cattle farm in rural Missouri has instilled strong ethics so I may work diligently towards your administrative needs.
Being a military spouse has given me the means to face challenging scenarios such as moving across the country during a pandemic or having the cooperating agent ask for additional documents after close.
Whether you are first starting and have no clue what all these document acronyms stand for or simply need time to focus on other business priorities, my experience has prepared me to be Your TC!
Never heard of a transaction coordinator?
No problem!
